I am new to Parkview, what am I responsible for?

The HOA board is in the process of creating a move-in checklist. In short though residents are responsible for utilities and internet, mailbox keys and setting up their HOA dues payments. I need a mailbox key

The HOA does not control the mailboxes. Please contact/visit the Post Office at 165 E 900 N, Spanish Fork, UT 84660.

I am selling my home, is there a transfer fee?

There is a transfer fee of $200.

What do the HOA dues cover?

The HOA dues help to cover the costs of exterior maintenance, insurance of the structures, street snow removal during the winter months and landscaping during the summer and playground maintenance.

How do I request work to be done on my property? 

Please use the submission form on the "Contact" page. After you submit the form someone will be in contact with further questions if needed.

Can I have a satellite dish on my roof for DirectTV or Dish Networks?

These cannot be attached to any structure to help avoid leaks and costly maintenance However, other options exist. For example, they can be installed using a post in the flowerbeds or ground near the building.

I want to reserve the pavilion

To reserve the pavilion for personal use please use the submission form on the "Contact" page and include the date and times you are hoping to reserve. Once the form is received the calendar on the "Home" page will be updated. This calendar will also show other times where the pavilion is reserved as well as other important community events.
